How to use
Take 1 softgel per day. For children under 6: squeeze out the contents and consume. Ages 3 and up: swallow the whole softgel.

medium chain triglycerides from coconut oil, softgel shell, Vitamin A (retinol acetate), Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
